Playing the game
You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded it. The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players who cannot enter into agreements on their own must have a parent or guardian’s permission, including for purchases.
Virtual items and random rewards
Coins, Bows, poodles, boxes, boosts, and event items exist only within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable outside supported game features. Boxes can contain random rewards; the game displays their drop rates before spending Bows.
Purchases and restoration
Purchases are optional and processed by Apple or Google. The store’s purchase screen shows the actual price and applicable terms before you confirm. Store refund processes and your applicable consumer rights govern refund requests. Permanent items and active subscriptions can be restored through Restore purchases in Settings or the Shop. Consumable currency and used items are not replenished by restoration. Game progress is stored locally; removing local data can lose progress and spent or unused consumable items.
Poodle Club VIP
VIP is an automatically renewing subscription with weekly or monthly billing, as shown in the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your store account. Manage or cancel it through your Apple or Google subscription settings before renewal. For Apple trial offers, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want to renew. Trial availability and eligibility are determined by the store and shown in its purchase screen. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription.

Events and optional ads
Event Passes apply to the current event and its remaining duration, shown in the game. Event currency and rewards may change when an event ends. If a pass is delivered when no eligible event exists or the current pass is already active, the game provides its stated alternative Bow reward. Optional rewarded ads provide the displayed reward after successful completion; availability is not guaranteed. “No Ads” removes forced ads, while rewarded videos remain optional. VIP provides instant access to supported ad rewards, subject to placement limits.
Updates and availability
We may update features, balancing, events, and technical requirements. Some features depend on internet access and third-party services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law provides.
Privacy and questions
Read the privacy policy for information about data processing and your choices. For support, include your player ID and describe the issue, without sending passwords or full payment details.
For the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These game-specific terms do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.
