Poodle Tycoon is published under the independent developer brand Mosart Games (“we”). This policy describes the mobile game and this support website. Contact: mosartgames@gmail.com.

Game progress and settings

Game progress, settings, purchase-delivery records, and your age-gate answer are stored on your device. You do not need to create an account. The game generates a random player ID to associate purchases and help with support. Your operating system may include local game data in its device backups. We do not operate a cloud game-save service.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat helps validate transactions and manage purchased items and subscription access. This involves the random player ID, product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, and device/platform information. We do not receive your full payment-card details. This processing lets us deliver purchases, restore eligible access, and resolve purchase problems.

Advertising and privacy choices

The game integrates Google AdMob. Google and advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve ads. Personalized advertising depends on applicable consent requirements and device settings.

Where required, Google’s consent form provides information and choices before ads are requested. Use Settings → Privacy choices when that option is available to revisit them. On iOS, tracking permission is requested through Apple’s system prompt. You can change tracking permission in device settings. Non-personalized ads may still process information needed for delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If a player indicates that they are under 13, the game applies child-directed and under-age-of-consent ad flags, requests non-personalized ads, and does not request iOS tracking permission. Forced ads, promotional popups, and reminder notifications are disabled for those players. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information.

Notifications, analytics, and support

Optional game reminders are scheduled locally on your device and can be disabled in Settings or the operating system. The current game does not send gameplay events to a separate analytics provider. AdMob and RevenueCat process their own advertising, diagnostic, and purchase information as described above. If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to provide; please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Retention, sharing, and your rights

Local progress remains until it is reset or removed from your device. Reset progress keeps purchase ownership records so permanent items can be preserved. Uninstalling the app does not cancel store subscriptions or necessarily remove operating-system backups.

Service providers retain information under their own policies. Purchase or support records may need to be retained to deliver services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell your support messages. Advertising-related sharing may fall within “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising definitions in some regions; use the available privacy controls to exercise your choices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Email us with your player ID from Settings and the request. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to your data. Requests do not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
