Mini Pillbox Privacy Policy

Mini Pillbox is built as a local-first medication reminder. The app is designed to work without creating an account and without sending medication records to a server controlled by the app.

1. What Mini Pillbox stores

Mini Pillbox stores the information you enter directly on your device. This may include medication names, doses, schedules, follow-up reminder settings, reminder history, accessibility settings, and language preferences.

This information is used only to make the app function for you on your own device.

2. Who is responsible for this app

Mini Pillbox is published as a consumer software product. The official public support and privacy channel is the support route associated with the app marketplace listing and this public site.

If a dedicated support or privacy contact address is published in the store listing or on this site, that published contact should be treated as the primary contact method for requests about the app.

3. What Mini Pillbox does not collect

Mini Pillbox does not require a user account and does not operate a cloud sync service for medication data.

4. Notifications and device permissions

If you allow notifications, Mini Pillbox schedules local reminder notifications on your device so it can remind you when it is time to take medication.

Notification permission is optional. If you do not grant it, the app still works, but reminder alerts may be limited.

5. One-time purchases and restore

Mini Pillbox may offer a one-time Pro unlock. When purchases are enabled, purchase validation and entitlement restore may rely on the app stores and RevenueCat so the app can determine whether Pro access should be granted or restored.

Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google. Mini Pillbox does not receive or store your payment card details.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because Mini Pillbox is local-first, your data remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.

If you enable a store purchase, store-side purchase records are retained by the relevant store provider and any configured purchase platform according to their own policies.

7. Third-party services

Mini Pillbox may interact with the following categories of third-party services when configured:

8. Regional privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to personal data, such as rights to access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, or objection.

Because Mini Pillbox is designed not to keep your medication records on a Mini Pillbox server, requests about medication content stored locally are generally handled directly on your own device by editing, exporting, clearing, or deleting app data.

Requests concerning store-side purchase records or purchase entitlement processing may need to be directed to Apple, Google, and where relevant RevenueCat, under their own privacy processes.

9. Children and medical use

Mini Pillbox is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Any medication or health question should be reviewed with a qualified medical professional.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when product behavior or legal requirements change. The published version at this URL is the current version.

11. Support and privacy questions

For questions about app behavior or privacy-related requests, use the support resources published on the Mini Pillbox support page linked from this site.
