Professor Ary is designed for caregiver-led flashcard practice. The app does not require an account and does not ask for personal information.
Professor Ary does not ask for names, email addresses, accounts, advertising identifiers, or information about a child. It does not sell data or use it for advertising.
Settings, favorites, selected card sets, and session progress are stored locally on the device so the app can remember your routine. That data is not sent to the developer.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. To verify and manage Plus, RevenueCat processes a random anonymous app user ID generated by its SDK, device type and operating system, the Apple receipt, and transaction and entitlement status. We do not give RevenueCat account or child data, and we do not see or store payment details. Legacy v1.0 access is granted only after a verified StoreKit AppTransaction, not from local progress.
Professor Ary does not use a third-party analytics SDK. Starting with version 1.1.1, its first-party collector accepts only allowlisted interaction events and immediately increments daily aggregate counters. The database stores no raw events, IP addresses, User-Agent strings, accounts, user or device identifiers, child data, advertising identifiers, locations, dates of birth, receipts, transaction identifiers, or free-form text. Allowed dimensions are limited to app version, locale, module, set, mode, access tier, surface, trigger, plan, outcome, error category, and experiment variant. The data is used only to measure and improve the app, is not linked to identity, and is not used for tracking.
The Share action in the adult area opens the operating-system share sheet only after the grown-up check. Professor Ary does not access contacts, create a personal referral code, or receive the recipient or message content. The App Store link contains one aggregate campaign label.
The core flashcard experience works offline with bundled images and audio. Network access is used only for purchases, entitlement checks, and the first-party aggregate collector described above.
Professor Ary is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers with children. The app includes no user accounts, no advertising, no tracking of children, no social features, and no user-generated content. External links and purchase surfaces sit behind a grown-up gate or the App Store purchase flow.
