First Words is designed for caregiver-led flashcard practice. The app does not require an account and does not ask for personal information.
First Words does not collect, sell, or share personal data.
The app stores settings, favorite cards, selected card sets, and session progress locally on the device using app storage. This data is used only to make the app work and is not sent to the developer.
First Words uses bundled card images and audio. The core flashcard experience does not require a network connection.
The app may open external store links if the caregiver chooses to view other apps in the same family. Those links open outside the app and are handled by the relevant store or browser.
First Words is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers with children. The app does not include user accounts, social features, advertising, tracking, or user-generated content.
